Wow, it's already March, the days seem to fly by faster every year. We've already had two WOW Sit n Sew's this year with the next one quickly approaching (Friday March 16th). We've seen plenty of wonderful quilts in our Show and Tells, it's great to see all the Hunter's Star quilts being finished. We very much enjoy watching the progress being made on many more beautiful quilts especially the UFOs.
The Grunge Club has been a great success with all the members very much looking forward to their bundles of Grunge every month. For those of you who are not yet members, it's never too late to join.

The Helen Stubbing's Razzle Dazzle BOM has now started, we've already seen the results of the first month and the blocks look wonderful. It's so much fun to see the variations of the fabric that have been used, along with the thread colours and even the selection of stitches that have been chosen. Each block looks magnificent.

Harrietville Retreat is fast approaching, as a reminder to the ladies who are registered to attend, this is what will happen - every year the In2quilting Harrietville Retreat includes a dress up theme, a fabric swap, a challenge, and a "Dear Jane" gift giving event (somewhat similar to secret santa), if you are taking part you will need 5 gifts and a challenge which is inspired by the previous years fabric swap.
This years challenge is to make something up using Christmas fabrics. The item could be a quilt, bag, doll or even clothing - anything that tickles your imagination. Our Fabric Swap will be Large Florals. This years dress up theme is "The 60s".
Fay will be getting in touch with everyone who has registered to let them know the current balance owing sometime during this month.
We are currently collecting contact numbers for those of you who are on our list of regulars to WOW and Harrietville. If you have not yet passed on your preferred contact phone number to Annika or Fay, please do so as soon as possible. This will allow us to contact you at short notice if there is a change to a workshop, the retreat or WOW.
There will be workshops coming up in the second half of this year, and there are also a couple of other events that are currently being planned, so keep an eye out for those.
